30 DAYS EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
Bomber Leather Jackets offer 30 days Exchange and Return policy. You have to complain within 48 hours after receiving the parcel, in case of any issue with the product. Get in touch with us through email and our highly skilled team will settle your query within 30 days of the time frame. You will surely be satisfied either with the refund or exchange. Moreover, no return or exchange will be entertained after the given time i.e. 30 days.
Cancellation Of Order
- The request for the cancellation of the order should be made within 48 hours. If the cancellation is made in this time period, there will be no deduction and the same amount will be refunded to your account.
- There will be a 35% deduction if the cancellation of the order requested after 48 hours of placing an order.
- Cancellation of the order made within 5 days before the shipment will bring a 50% deduction from the entire paid sum.
- No cancellation request accepted after the 5 days of confirmation. The same case happened after the shipment of your order.
Return And Refund Policy
- Requests for the return should be made within 48 hours. After 48 hours all the refunds, return, or exchanges will not be acceptable.
- The shipping cost and other additional charges will be paid by the purchaser if there should be an occurrence of return.
- In the following situations, we will not assess refund or credit:
- You change your mind
- In case, you exceeded 30 days
- You have altered your jacket
- On the purchase of an unintentional thing
- The shipping cost of returning the product will surely be liable by the buyer.
- If there is a distinction in the design, shading or size the return or exchange will be applicable. Simply send us the pictures of the product and a collar tag within just a week after the product is received and feature the issues that you are facing.
- The return process will not be eligible if the tag is removed or you altered the jacket.
- For ordering more than one comparable item, there will be no return or exchange, same with the unique size.
Item Not As Advertised
- To avoid any deduction, you have to file a complaint within 48 hours after receiving your parcel.
- If you feel any difference in your order, feel free to contact us via email. All you need to do is, send us the images of the received product, by highlighting the issues that you are looking at with the product. When the investigation is done, you will have to return the package to the given address and we will send you the other jacket without any cost. But the shipping charges are borne by the buyer. All this happens, if a mistake is done by us.
- If you receive the wrong size or color as compared to the desired one, we request you to get this in our knowledge by contacting us through the given email. Also, email the pictures of the jacket by focusing the size tag on the collar and the color. Then we will ask you to refund the jacket to the given address, this all happens when the investigation is done. All this process of sending another jacket is free of cost which means the buyer does not have to pay any charges except the shipment charges if the mistake is done by us.
- We request to all of our customers that email for an exchange due to the size should be made within 48 hours. Any return, exchange, or refund made after 48 hours would not be applicable.
- The buyer has to pay the shipping charges only if the exchange is made because of the size issue. We will not charge any extra cost to exchange the jacket for the new one.
The number that we provide after the return confirmation is called RMA. Before shipping back the product to our warehouse, you just have to stick this number on it.
For all of our valuable customers, we ship the jacket as a gift, which means it does not charge any extra cost. But every country has different policies so in this case, it will be ensured by the buyer.
